From festive celebrations to educational entertainment experiences tailored to shopping centre briefs, CEP Agency brought creativity and entertainment to life across an array of unique projects. Here’s our “wrap up” of the year, highlighting some of our most cherished moments: 🎉✨🌟
Spooky Doors
This Halloween, we opened the gateway to a world of frightful fun with our “Spooky Doors” experience. Guests ventured through a Halloween indoor trick-or-treat trail filled with larger-than-life props, a slime bar, and intricately designed themed spaces. The experience featured magical doors with enchanting backdrops, interactive character encounters, and an engaging storyline that culminated in a thrilling slime bar hosted by the Wizard himself. It was a haunt to remember! 🎃👻🕷️
Ocean Guardians
Championing environmental awareness, our “Ocean Guardians” project transported visitors beneath the waves to explore marine conservation through interactive installations, storytelling, and stunning visuals. The experience also featured a recycling race game for children, which exceeded expectations and highlighted the importance of keeping plastic out of the sea. 🌊🐠🌎
Royal Grottos
Christmas truly sparkled at our Royal Grottos in Calverley Park, Tunbridge Wells. Families enjoyed an immersive festive journey with gingerbread decorating, a heartwarming visit with Father Christmas, opportunities for magical keepsake photos, and the enchanting presence of our deluxe Scandi elves. This winter wonderland brought joy to all who visited. 🎅🍪🎄
Summer of Sports
For five weeks during the summer holidays, we transformed Lakeside Shopping Centre into a buzzing hub of athletic activity with our Summer of Sport event. Designed and executed by CEP Agency, we provided families and young athletes with a range of sports-themed workshops, immersive experiences, and interactive zones. From designing the Sports Village immersive selfie area with bespoke props to hosting adrenaline-pumping shows at the Sports Arena, this event celebrated sport in all its forms. 🏅🏀🌞
Rainforest Rescue
Inspiring kids to protect endangered Amazon species with engaging conservation activities, the Rainforest Rescue event at 17&Central Shopping Centre in Walthamstow blended education with fun over a six-week summer holiday programme. CEP Agency designed and executed the entire experience, including event concept, bespoke rainforest-themed installations, conservation fact displays, and a series of exciting workshops. Families and children loved the creative activities, all aimed at raising awareness about endangered rainforest species. 🌳🦜🌿
Young Gardeners’ Event
In collaboration with budding green thumbs, the Young Gardeners’ Event offered children the opportunity to connect with nature through hands-on gardening workshops and sustainable craft activities. From planting seeds to creating eco-friendly art projects, the day was a celebration of creativity, growth, and environmental stewardship. 🌱🌸🌟
This inspiring event provided a fun, interactive space for children to learn about the joys of gardening while fostering creativity and a deeper understanding of sustainability.
