The client wanted an educational and interactive summer event that would draw families to the shopping centre and educate them on environmental conservation. The objectives were to create an engaging, child-friendly experience that featured six key Amazon rainforest animals and to highlight the importance of protecting these species. Success was measured through footfall, workshop participation, and overall visitor engagement.

CEP Agency was tasked with:

• Designing the event concept and overall experience.

• Building rainforest-themed installations and interactive zones.

• Creating fact displays on the animals to educate children on conservation.

• Managing a six-week calendar of workshops.

• Providing a memorable, family-friendly experience that aligned with the centre's summer holiday objectives.

Visitors to Rainforest Rescue were welcomed into a colourful, interactive Amazon rainforest environment. The event was designed to immerse children and families in the world of rainforest conservation. Highlights included:

• Animal Fact Displays: Fun, interactive stations with facts on six key Amazon animals – Poison Dart Frog, Sloth, Yellow-Naped Parrot, River Dolphin, Spider Monkey, and Jaguar. These displays taught children how they can help protect endangered species.

• Interactive Rainforest Installations: Visitors were encouraged to explore life-size displays and learn about the importance of the rainforest ecosystem.

Throughout the six weeks, visitors could also book onto a variety of creative craft workshops that reinforced the theme of conservation.
